A task of learning about fish on competition "The future starts here 2023"

Kohtla-Järve Gymnasium organized the science competition of state gymnasiums "The future starts here 2023" at the Mining Museum in Kohtla-Nõmme. The competition is popular among state high schools, teams from 14 high schools took part in the competition and solved various tasks in the field of sciences. In order to promote nature-friendly behavior and introduce the project and the activities of the Baltic Sea sturgeon restoration, together with Wildlife Estonia, we prepared a task of learning about fish and the practical use of modern fisheries monitoring methodologies. The task created excitement and received praise!
