Navigation instructions : Drive 15 km from Räpina towards Võru, turn left towards Värska. Drive 3.8 km and turn right towards Meenikunno Nature Reserve. Drive 5.5 km and turn right. Drive another 1.5 km and follow the sign “Liipsaare” in the parking area to the right to the observation tower.
