A very private and secluded campfire site in Saarte Bog, near the Pirita River. The campfire site is located on the site of an old farm ̶ a clearing in the middle of deep forests. The fireplace is hidden between the foundations of the old farmhouse. There is also a small forest hut, without amenities, located nearby, providing emergency shelter for the hiker in bad weather. The Saarte Bog Campfire Site can only be reached on foot, where you are completely surrounded by nature. The campfire site is located on RMK’s Peraküla-Aegviidu-Ähijärve Hiking Trail.

The car can be left at the side of the forest road, about 3 km away.
Navigation instructions : Drive along the Tallinn-Tartu Highway until you reach Aruvalla Village. Turn right, towards Tuhala. In Tuhala Village, turn towards Kiili and drive 5.5 km. Immediately after crossing the Angerja stream, turn right onto the forest road and leave your car near the junction at the edge of the road. You will need to continue on foot from this point.
