Over the years this forest hut has become a meeting place for hunters. However, all visitors who have planned a stop or a rest site on their hiking route are welcome here. It is a perfect place to clear your mind and enjoy the silence. Good berry and mushroom forests are nearby.

Maximum number of tents (for 4) allowed is 2.
Amenities
In addition to the hexagonal forest hut with benches in it, there is a campfire ring with a barbecue grill, benches, woodshed, dry toilet. Visitors must bring their own sleeping equipment.

Navigation instructions : On Antsla–Sänna road, 14 km from Antsla, turn right onto a small gravel road 1 km before Tsooru (follow the sign “RMK Kautsi metsaonn”). Drive 5.5 km to the forest hut.
