Apteekrimägi forest trail is a 4 km loop trail with varied terrain and is excellent for jogging or walking. The trail starts and ends in Mäe street, Otepää, in front of Otepää Sports School.

The “Apothecary’s hill” forest trail runs along the versatile forest landscape between the Apteekrimägi and Musimägi hills.

The spring on Väike Munamägi is also known as the source of the Emajõgi river and the Kalevipoeg's Rock is also called the memorial rock of the 100th Anniversary of the Estonian Flag.

Navigation instructions : Drive on Tatra–Otepää–Sangaste road (Road no. 46). At Otepää traffic lights, turn towards Sangaste and drive about 2.4 km. Then turn left and drive to the parking area of Väike-Munamägi Ski Centre, where you can park. Walk 200 m and turn left (follow the brown signs). Walk another 200 m ahead to the concrete stairs leading to the stone and spring.
Drive on Tatra–Otepää–Sangaste road (Road no. 46). At Otepää traffic lights, turn towards Sangaste and drive about 2.4 km. Then turn left and drive to the parking area of Väike-Munamägi Ski Centre, where you can park. Walk 200 m and turn left (follow the brown signs). Walk another 200 m ahead to the concrete stairs leading to the stone and spring.
The circular hiking trail, equipped with bridges and boardwalks, is suitable for a pleasant walk and enjoying nature, even for younger and older hiking enthusiasts. Next to the trail, on the shore of Lake Pühajärv, there is Kooliranna campfire site, where you can grill and have a rest, and cool off in the lake water in summer.

The trail is situated in the Pühajärve village, Otepää municipality and starts from the Kooliranna campfire site near the southern end of Lake Pühajärv.
Navigation instructions : At the junction with traffic lights in Otepää, choose Otepää–Kääriku–Kurevere road (Road no. 23195) and drive 7.3 km towards Kääriku, almost to Sihva. The hiking trail is by the left side of the road, right before the sports trail.

Lake Pühajärv hiking trail is a 14 km trail designed for walkers. This hiking trail offers the best way to get familiar with Lake Pühajärv and its surrounds. Natural objects near the trail: Lake Pühajärv, Armuallikas (the Spring of Love), head of the Väike-Emajõgi river, Koolirand, Murrumets, Pühajärve War Oak and oak stand.
There are 8 information boards and an observation platform. Boardwalk, bridges and stairs facilitate the hike. The Angunina 2 campfire site is located on the western bank of the lake, with a covered fireplace, tables and benches, a wooden shed with the sleeping possibility, stairs and a toilet.

Parking in the parking area of the Otepää office of the Environmental Board or in the parking area of Pühajärve beach.

Murrumetsa trail goes through the Pühajärve park to the Murrumets forest and back. The trail is 3.5 km long and takes about 1-1.5 hours to complete. The trail is recommended for walking. The trail starts at the parking lot of Pühajärve Spa and Holiday Resort at Otepää-Kääriku Road. There are 18 information boards on the trail with texts in Estonian, English and Finnish that help to learn to know the birds, animals and plants living in the forests and cultural landscape of Otepää.
