Most of the sights in the picturesque English-style park have been created by nature itself. The relief of the area is variable: high ramparts, covered with coniferous and deciduous trees, alternating with picturesque valleys, pastures, and meadows. The axis of the park is the Keila River, with nearly 200 streams located within the territory of the park. A kilometre before reaching the Gulf of Finland, the flow of the river is interrupted by a horseshoe-shaped limestone terrace with a width of 70 metres, which forms Keila-Joa Park’s most well-known natural attraction, a waterfall with a height of 6.1 metres. Along the lower course of the waterfall, the river valley takes the shape of a canyon and the quiet plain river changes its character – pushed between the steep banks, it jumps from stone to stone, trying to get to the sea.

Additional information
In 2015 the hearts sculpture by Estonian artist Mati Karmin was opened. The sculpture will be finished as new padlocks symbolizing commitment and everlasting love are gradually added to the construction.
In 2018 park trails and view platforms were reconstructed and stationary lighting was installed for the bridges and waterfall within the ERDF project "Lights On!". The waterfall lighting is working every half-hour and every hour from the sunset until midnight few minutes at once. In public holidays the lighting is more colourful than everyday lighting being inspired by nature - sunrise, sunset, northern lights and rainbow. The waterfall can be viewed from the observation platform at the left river bank or from Eesti Energia platform on the right river bank.
Restrictions
NB! From 16th of May until 31st of July the waterfall lighting is swithed off because of the breeding period of the bats.

A small and popular campfire site with good accessibility for hikers on the RMK Penijõe-Aegviidu-Kauksi Hiking Trail. The campfire site is located near the naturally beautiful Rabivere Bog Landscape Conservation Area. The visitor will be taken on an adventure by the hiking trail that runs through primitive forests. At the same time, scenic views of the bog can also be enjoyed by taking the boardwalk to Lake Kõnnu. There are also lean-to shelters at the campfire site, in which the hiker can find shelter and refuge from bad weather. There is a peat mine in Rabivere Bog, where the body of a mummified woman was found in 1936. Many stories have circulated among the people about the mysterious death of the woman who died several hundred years ago. You can read more from the information board at the campfire site. There are also graves of forest brothers along the hiking trail, near the Rabivere Campfire Site.

Cyclists must push their bikes by hand when crossing the Loosalu-Paluküla boardwalk (certainly next to them on the boardwalk).
