Announcement!

The Agriculture and Food Board warns about the spread of avian influenza. Please stay away from dead birds outdoors and ensure that your pets do not come into contact with them.
NB! If you find a dead bird, do not touch it or move it anywhere! Please report it to the Agriculture and Food Board by calling 605 4767 or 1247.

Laho campfire site for camping in tents and forest hut are situated on the shore of Lake Laho. The forest hut has no heating, but has fire ring with barbecue grill, picnic table with shelter, woodshed and dry toilet. A great place for a lakeside forest holiday.

Camping

Maximum number of tents (for 4) allowed is 10.

Amenities

There is no fireplace in the forest hut. Information board, covered fire pit, table-bench with roof, benches, woodshed, floating platform, toilet

Parking

Parking for 4 to 5 cars.

Additional information

Forest hut is for 4 people. Before going on a nature walk please read the rules of conduct

On the shore of Lake Laho, Põlva municipality, Põlva County

Navigation instructions : Drive from Tartu towards the Räpina road to Säässaare, which is about a km before Mooste. In Säässaare, follow the RMK sign “Laho lõkkekoht” to the campfire site. Follow the sign and drive another 1.5 km until you see the lake. Turn right (follow the sign) and drive another 200 m.
