The forest house is situated on Laiksaare nature study trail, which introduces riparian forests. This is an excellent place to watch birds and listen to their singing. The forest hut is a good overnight stop for hikers on the Kopra tare – Ikla section (74 km) of RMK Hiking Route.

Parking for 10 cars in the parking area of the forest district office.

Navigation instructions : Drive on Tõitoja–Häädemeeste road. Before the Tali junction and the Laiksaare village, there’s the office of Laiksaare forest district to the left of the road.
