Meiekose Saarte campfire site
Foot-and-mouth, a severe animal disease, is currently circulating in Europe and also poses a threat to animals in Estonia. Your help is needed to prevent animals here – sheep, cattle, goats, and other ungulates – from becoming infected. We ask that you please follow some important recommendations.

Hiking Options
A few kilometers away from the campfire site are Meiekose and Ingatsi study trails.
Camping
The maximum number of tents (for 4) allowed is 5.

When coming from the direction of Tartu–Viljandi, drive along Tartu–Viljandi–Pärnu road to Kõpu. After passing the Kõpu cemetery, turn right into the Kõpu-Jõesuu road. Drive 27 km to the bridge across the Raudna River in Riisa village, go across the bridge and drive about 300 m to the sign directing to Karuskose. Meiekose Saarte campfire site is 400 m from there.
