Campfire site at the intersection of River Emajõgi and Kalli River is often used by fishermen before and after fishing on Lake Peipsi.

Boardwalk to lean-to-shelter with 2 sections, one section equipped with campfire place with grillrest, benches.

Water

Non-potable water can be taken from the river.

Parking

Access only by boat, landing in a natural place.

Additional information

  • In the case of high water, the use of a campfire site may be difficult.
  • The Emajõgi River is navigable in its entire length.
  • Lean-to-shelter for 4 people.
  • Before going on a nature walk please read the rules of conduct

Navigation instructions : The Otisaare campfire site can only be reached along the water. The campfire site is located in the Peipsiveere nature reserve on an island located at the intersection of River Emajõgi and Kalli River. The campfire site is about 9 km from the Kantsi slip at the beginning of the RMK Emajõe study trail, sailing towards Lake Peipsi. When driving along the Emajõgi River from Tartu, it is about 40 km to the campfire site.
