Pähni forest hut
Foot-and-mouth, a severe animal disease, is currently circulating in Europe and also poses a threat to animals in Estonia. Your help is needed to prevent animals here – sheep, cattle, goats, and other ungulates – from becoming infected. We ask that you please follow some important recommendations.
Parking
Parking near the hut.
Water
Tap water during the opening time of the Pähni Visitor Centre.
Amenities
In addition to the hexagonal forest hut with benches in it, there is a shelter with table and benches, campfire ring, outdoor fireplace, woodshed with sleeping loft, and dry toilet.
Hiking Options
Pähni nature study trail (1,5 km), Tõrvandu forest study trail, RMK hiking trail Piusa-Pähni section and Pähni-Ähijärve section passes near the forest hut.
Camping
Maximum number of tents (for 4) allowed is 15.
