According to the project of OÜ Esplan in 2018-2019, the tower with an eye-catching design, reconstructed with the support of cohesion fund funding, offers a magnificent view of valgesoo bog and the study trail running there. Nearby campfire site.

Hiking options
The Valgesoo study trail (1.8) km starts at the parking lot and RMK Peraküla-Aegviidu-Ähijärve hiking route passes the observation tower.
Camping
Valgesoo bog campfire site nearby has space for 5 tents (for 4).
Amenities
The 29.7 m high metal observation tower has 3 intermediate platforms, the last platform is 23.8 m high, with the windscreen and seating. The platforms are covered with wooden boards.
