The campfire site is situated on one of the highest kames of Vitipalu where is the observation tower. Suitable for those who walk along the long primeval valley of Elva River or on the shorter hiking trail of Lake Viti, or simply enjoy a forest holiday.
Hiking options
Elva river primeval valley hiking trail and Lake Viti hiking trail pass the campfire site.
Camping
Maximum number of tents (for 4) allowed is 10.

2 picnic tables, outdoor fireplace, benches, shelter for firewood, DC
Parking
In the parking lot of Lake Viti hiking trail for 10 cars.

Navigation instructions : Fom Elva drive 4.4 km south along Palupera road, turn left onto Vitipalu quarry road and after 900 m at the crossroads turn right onto Vitipalu road. After 1.2 km there is a sheltered parking lot on the left side of the road. The campfire site can be reached on foot along the Lake Viti hiking trail, less than 700 m.
